Well, I didn't make my 191 goal, but got within 1.6 pounds. I'm excited to start month 3!

Slow but steady wins the race. Was hoping for more from my Wednesday weigh-in, but I'll definitely take the loss after a rapid drop last week.
About to enter month 3...I may not quite make the 191 goal, but I'm going to get as close as I can!

Month 2
Weight: 194.8
I was just thinking about the fact that I'm coming up on the 1/3 mark (2 month of 6 gone) next week...on April 10th to be exact. So will 1/3 of the weight be gone?
Well, I needed to lose 80 pounds total. 1/3 of 80 pounds is 26.7 pounds. 217.6-26.7 is 190.9, which we can round to 191 (since my scale can't do odd tenths.)
So I have 1 week to lose another (194.8-191) 3.8 pounds. If I don't do it, I think I can come super close! Cross your fingers for NO MORE PLATEAUS! ;)

Slow but steady wins the race! Sorry I'm not blogging as often...my Medifast counselor wants me to weigh on Wednesdays and Saturdays only from now on. My weight tipped up above 197 last Wednesday after being 196 on Tuesday. Very discouraging.
My goal is to be at 175 by the end of May. So I have 2 months to lose 20 pounds. I'm keeping my eyes on that goal, not the ultimate goal of 140.
I'm definitely shrinking. My 16s are getting really roomy...but it will probably be another 10 pounds (a month?) before I can pull out my 14s.
