You are the first personal blog I have read who has been on Medifast, and I am so impressed and extremely happy for you! I love it that you don't digress to the "mistakes" you've made (as in Weight Watchers' meetings) but give us your struggles yet top it with your gratitude and successes. I am struggling with that "mind set" I need to begin this Medifast program. I DO know how & what to eat healthy, but I seem to have no willpower in this area. I prepare and eat healthy and then add all the junk stuff I can find. It amounts to instant cravings and instant satisfaction which ends in feelings of defeat and self disappointment and discouragement - so, I eat more to punish myself. This sounds sick....however, I have and assume control over every other aspect of my life! Why this? I have at least 80lbs to lose and I've got to do it before it is too late. I am healthy at this point. I'll keep reading your daily blogs, for sure. Thanks for listening, Bonnie
