Good luck! I am on day 7 myself and weighed in today at 233.0. I feel like I am control of my eating in a way I haven't in a looong time. I can't wait to fit back into 16's. I have so many cute outfits in that size.

I will bookmark you. I will be curious to see if we lose at the same rate.

I was also going to mention... last year when you did the diet you mentioned plateauing around 200 at the same time you started exercising. When you start exercising again you create little tiny tears in your muscles. As these tiny tears heal they retain water. Then you notice a subsequent whoosh of weight loss.
