Month 2

Weight: 195.4

Slow but steady wins the race! Sorry I'm not blogging as often...my Medifast counselor wants me to weigh on Wednesdays and Saturdays only from now on. My weight tipped up above 197 last Wednesday after being 196 on Tuesday. Very discouraging.

My goal is to be at 175 by the end of May. So I have 2 months to lose 20 pounds. I'm keeping my eyes on that goal, not the ultimate goal of 140.

I'm definitely shrinking. My 16s are getting really roomy...but it will probably be another 10 pounds (a month?) before I can pull out my 14s.
