Not sure why the scale is falling fast right now, but no complaints here!

The way I have broke the plateau was actually pretty simple. I didn't use infusers from Medifast to speed up my metabolism. Instead, I drank more water, moved my carb-rich Medifast bar to the morning snack instead of the evening snack, and started exercising. My exercise schedule is proving to be difficult right now because I've been so tired this week, but I'm going to push myself to hold myself to 3 days a week when I am too tired to do 5.
